The website creates an unpriced request containing your practice details, product SKUs and quantities. Email it to Steveshepherdnz@gmail.com, and EndoTech NZ will prepare the priced pro forma invoice in its desktop invoicing system.

The request is not a tax invoice, purchase order or confirmed order. Please do not include patient-identifiable clinical information.
